Kirk:Interesting observation and post. Expectations on Twitter esiponrsveness and presence are certainly evolving. I think smart organizations need to quickly determine their customers' expectations and staff up their social media support efforts accordingly. Some companies use Twitter like a corporate magazine repurposing sales and PR fodder which doesn't require much individual interaction. Some use it for customer service and support which certainly requires speedy, customized responses. Companies who figure out the proper balance of social media engagement and esiponrsveness (like Zappos) are literally stealing business away from competitors who sit on the sidelines fretting what if this works Gary

Lance would never let himself be embarassed but he will be nothing more than a domestique in this tour. I’d put my money on Basso and Levi. My feeling is that Lance’s ego has under-estimated the tasks. I just don’t see him making the podium in the tour either.I just started a bike racing blog on wordpress. Did a funny (I hope) post on Lance riding the Giro while passing a hat to collect donations to keep Astana afloat. Check it out.

Beijos!Sah

Unbelievable!! I was so disappointed this morning when Cantador could not beat the Yellow Chicken, but am happy to see Rasmussen getting the boot! So great to see Cantador in a position to win now and Leipheimer, the podium!
